Orders can only be placed in the online shop. The Little Shop For Yarners online shop assortment can be updated at any time. If for some reason an ordered item is no longer available, you will be informed by e-mail. You’ll have the choice of exchanging that particular item or just cancelling that portion of the order. The remainder of your order will still be valid and will be shipped after your confirmation. Products will not be placed on back order if they are not available at the time you order.

Local pickup (Gympie): Free
For all deliveries up to 5kg within Australia: $15 flat rate Regular Post (3-10 business days)
For all deliveries up to 2kg within New Zealand: $30 flat rate Regular Post (7-12 business days)
All oversize items will be calculated and charged separately after consultation with you. In these cases a courier service may be the best option.
All our packages are shipped via Australia Post and tracked through the Australia Post network. Please ensure your email address is correct so that track and trace notifications are sent to you once your shipment has been despatched.
Orders are despatched within 5 business days of receiving an order.
Delivery times vary depending on destinations.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived in a reasonable time then let us know and we will do our best to track it down for you.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct. If your details are incorrect we can not take responsibility for lost parcels.
Don’t get your yarn in a tangle. Generally we can remedy a problem quickly and easily with a replacement or refund as soon as you let us know.
